There is a unique story behind the cottage. Every detail, even the smallest, is there for a reason.
For example, the double bed frame was made of wood which was originally used as a supporter for the barrels in the wine cellar for decades. The wine cellar table was made from an old walnut root, a gift and heirloom from an ancestor. A cupboard from Istria has found its place in the hallway. The old pots have been given a new look. What dishes had been originally cooked in them, one wonders?

WINE BAR
The in-house wine bar offers a selection of different wines. The cellar is filled with wines typical of the Haloze wine region. All wines are labelled in an innovative way. When you select the variety you want, just press the switch and the area with the type of wine you are looking for will be highlighted. You can enjoy sparkling wines from well-known Slovenian wine houses, either by the pool during summer time, or in the wooden bathtub in the winter.
The B&N Cottage is a joint project by Mr and Mrs Vuzem whose story was led by the desire for something different, yet authentic. People feel good here. The landscape and the nature of Haloze give it a special touch. In these modern times, people are longing for peace, relaxation, regeneration, and an escape from everyday life. The cottage is positioned on the hill, an unusual, special, and a little bit magical location.
