THE PRESENTATION OF THE
COTTAGE
Our cottage is located in Jablovec, which is part of the municipality Podlehnik. Set in a peaceful location, it is solely nestled amongst wine-growing hills. It offers accommodation for 4 people, with use of an outdoor heated swimming pool during spring and summer, and a heated wooden bathtub in winter. The outdoor terrace welcomes you to have your morning coffee there, especially in warm weather. There is a wine cellar with a free choice of wines, and a fireplace area in front of the cellar.
Part of the lawn is planted with herbaceous grasses and enables foraging for honeybees and other animals. Carefully selected trees provide shelter for birds. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the native orchids in a nearby pasture during the spring months.
The cottage offers beds for up to 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a Finnish sauna and a hot tub. A tiled stove in the living room will provide for a cosy warmth, just as it did in the old houses of Haloze. Large panoramic windows offer an unforgettable scene of nature, creating the most beautiful colours at any time of year.

The carefully landscaped exterior offers a private pool, a wooden hot tub and 150 m2 of landscaped lawns. Just a short distance away, you can walk through the vineyard and enjoy fresh grapes, wild strawberries, or pick apples right from the trees.
